Double visit, double trouble !

4-5 august 2018
My brother, his wife and two boys arrived the 4th and at the same time we had an unexpected visit from Anna’s best friend, Alice.
Her family drove 5 hours just to make sure that Anna and Alice could see each other for one day! It was like they just had seen each other yesterday, so cute!!!

And the daddies and mommies were happy too off course, getting some "toys" to play with Bob (our dinghy).
Boys first off course 😏 ...
... while the girls were patiently waiting!
Getting tables for 12 in Gibraltar is no problem. Especially not for the Irish pub just besides our boat. For once we also enjoyed being loud, eating burgers and sipping ciders and excellent gin tonics ;-)
Great to have our family and friends around to get some news from home and share our adventures.

Two little boys, four little girls, 6 hot parents and too many other tourists trying to get up the cable car in Gibraltar on a very tropical day. We wanted to show our visitors some monkeys, but apparently we chose the wrong day. Since the queue would take us 2 hours, we moved the party to the garden and animal park.

The suspension bridge we were on a few days earlier.
It’s actually really beautiful and the animals look very happy and well taken care off.

he plan was to recruit some monkeys for a merged hockey team, but these were the only ones we found:
After some ice cream, the departure was a bit tough. Not knowing when they would be able to join us later on the trip, it was a difficult good bye but filled with great memories once again!!!
